Son of the previous leader of the Legion 'Lord Hugh Montbarron' he is a man willing to revive the legion by any means as long as they are honest and chivalrus. His linage goes all the way back to the protagentist of Dungeon Seige 2 The Farmer whom the game astributes as a female who rose to prominence when she defeat Seck four hundred years before the events of Dungeon Seiege 3. As for Lucas himself after the defeat of the legion at the hand of Kassindur and her mobs of people along with the presumed legion involvement in the old kings death. Lucas lived much of his life living in foster home to foster excepting hospitality from any who still cares enough for the legion to risk housing the child. After 30 years Lucas recieves a letter from Odo his long time guardian and one of the last of the old 10th legion scouts or legion after the fall of the legion 30 years before. He requests Lucas jions him at his fasters estate near Ravens Rill. Actknowledging that he may have to lead the next generation of Legionaires.
Apart from being the only living ligitimate son of Lord Montbarron, he has a Lescanzi half sister however (born of certain needs being met) who is illegitimate called Katarina who by some strange good fortune is encountered by the stories protagenist in Ravens Rill acting as bait to ensnare foolish Legionaires. Lucas focuses on close or mod range attacks lacking the distances inflicting damage of other characters but making up for it with high defence and strength properties. his fighting style can be compared to the ghost of Lord Gunderics (encountered later in the game).
If playing as Anjali during the game he replaces her in the holding cells. he perefers confrontational approaches and likes to disagree with much of Odo sentments about the actions the Legion should take, a contradiction to Ajali who favours Justice rather then need. Like all characters he can invove uniques speak options in certain places with certain individuals.
