Celine Mearie is a citizen of Elddim, in the Utraean Peninsula. She can be found sitting at a table within the Golden Mug Tavern, speaking to Ivona Brell and Surban Urtlan.
Celine says that she was lived on a quiet farm between the Ancient Crypt and Hovart's Folly, until she was forced to flee to the safety of town. Her cousins were not so lucky, and were dragged away by Lord Hovart's undead minions.
With the return of the Maljin, Celine remarks that the smell of the undead was nothing compared to that of the foul red fog that has fallen over the land.
