Elias the Butcher is a citizen of Elddim, in the Utraean Peninsula. He can be found beside the Guard Captain of Elddim in front of his pigpen.
Elias fears a famine, as the invading Krug have already killed most of the town's livestock. Since they won't be able to send any trading caravans to neighboring towns, he is slaughtering his pigs and salting the meat so that the town doesn't starve. As a result, he refuses to sell any pork to Olivia Rav and Ivona Brell at the Golden Mug Tavern.
With the return of the Maljin, Elias yells about "death and skulls!"
