Quillrabe is a community of Droog located in the arid canyons of the southern Utraean Peninsula.

The town serves as the sixth starting location available to characters in the multiplayer 'Stones of Utrae' map for Dungeon Siege, requiring that they be level 42 or higher for them to begin there.

History[]

While the Droog of Quillrabe dislike strangers just as much as their kin in Ehb, they seem to have better relations with the people of the Utraean Peninsula. Due to the attitude of the natives however, the 2nd Legion has not been able to create any formidable presence in the region, and, as such, Quillrabe lacks a Displacer tower.

For many years, the brood of the Dragon Queen terrorized the village. Soon after the Queen of Hiroth's death however, the shadow of the Dragon Queen herself darkened the skies over Quillrabe. She threatened to destroy the entire town unless they brought her tribute, but the only treasure she would accept from amidst their meager possessions was the Quillrabe Mask Stone itself. She carried it away with her, back to the Drake Nest in the mountains south of the village.

Because of this, when the Utraean Historical Society called for the unification of the eight townstones in Hiroth, Quillrabe was unable to present theirs. It was not until a group of brave adventurers ventured into the Dragon Queen's lair and slew her that it was recovered.

Gameplay[]

The community itself is cumbersome to navigate; there being only one rather long corridor of movement through the useful parts of town. Nevertheless, on Veteran difficulty, it is the first starting town to offer Super-level potions. Furthermore, Quillrabe is the closest town to the Chicken Level; this ensures that the town will always remain a hotspot for high-level adventurers. Bands of Droog warriors lie shortly beyond each entrance; making for a decent XP farm.
