Hein, behind the bars of his business
Hein was a prisoner found in Castle Ehb's upper dungeons. He is the last merchant one stops at before going on to fight Gom. If one starts here in multiplayer, they are trapped in the dungeon and cannot escape.
The veritable armory of equipment he seems to have in his possession rivals the Imperial relics found in the Chamber of Stars in terms of potency and overall usefulness for adventurers such as those who freed Ehb from the Seck under the leadership of Lady Montbarron.
